Another goodie from the same bakery on Bondi Road (which I have now found out is called 'Hytone Bakery'). A glorious walnut strudel of slightly citrus-y filling of walnuts and juicy raisins rolled in flakey puff pastry. It's extremely filling, probably due to the fat content of the entire thing (heart attack prone amounts of oil seeping through the paper bag), but it's so good that that should be no reason to stop anyone from trying it. They also had the same with a poppyseed filling, which may (or may not) be less life threatening.
